Claims (10)
- 水素分子、ヘリウムガス、香気成分或いはこれらの気体を含有する液体、粘性体或いは固体が充填された容器に蓋やシールをしたのち、蓋やシールを含めた容器全体を耐透気性(ガスバリア性)に優れた金属箔積層フィルムで包んで真空包装したことを特徴とする気密性に優れた容器。
- 容器をガスバリア性に優れたフィルムで真空包装することにより、容器表面とフィルム内面とを強く密着して一体化させ、容器内部からの気体成分の散逸を防ぎガスバリア性を向上させたものである請求項1記載の気密性に優れた容器。
- 水素分子、ヘリウムガス、香気成分或いはこれらの気体を含有する液体、粘性体或いは固体が充填された容器に蓋をしたのち、栓或いは蓋をした容器全体を、金属箔積層フィルムで覆い、真空包装する際の真空包装する際の真空包装機の圧力ゲージが−760mmHg〜−740mHg(ゲージ圧表記/絶対真空は、−760mmHg)である請求項1又は請求項2記載の気密性に優れた容器。
- 水素分子を含有する液体や粘性体は、容器に充填する場合上部に空隙(dead volume)が無いように容器の口一杯まで充填したものである、請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3記載の気密性に優れた容器。
- 容器とは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリアミド(ナイロン)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)等の樹脂を原料に、ボトル様の150μm以上の肉厚を有する立体的に成型された樹脂製容器、混注用口部や排出口の付いた点滴バッグ、口栓(飲み口)のついたスタンドパウチ容器(ガゼットパウチを含む)、或いは三方袋(背貼り三方袋を含む)や四方袋等、200μm未満の厚みを有するフィルムを用いて袋状に製袋された容器、スクリュー式や王冠式蓋付きの金属缶、ガラスビン、陶磁器瓶、或いは紙製、木製、竹製の容器を意味するものである。請求項1、請求項2、請求項3又は請求項4記載の気密性に優れた容器。
- 分子状の水素、ヘリウムガス、香気成分或いはこれらのガス体を含有する液体、粘性体或いは固体が充填された容器に蓋やシールをしたのち、蓋やシールを含めた容器全体を耐透気性(ガスバリア性)に優れた金属箔積層フィルムで包んで、真空包装することを特徴とする、容器のガス分子または揮発成分の保持方法。
- 容器をガスバリア性に優れたフィルムで真空包装することにより、容器表面とフィルム内面とを強く密着して一体化させ、容器内部からの気体成分の揮発・蒸散を防ぎガスバリア性を向上させるものである請求項6記載の容器のガス分子または揮発成分の保持方法。
- 分子状の水素、ヘリウムガス、香気成分、或いはこれらのガス体を含有する液体、粘性体、固体を充填し、栓或いは蓋をした容器全体を、アルミ箔積層フィルムで覆い、真空包装する際の真空包装機の圧力ゲージが、−760mmHg〜−740mHg(ゲージ圧表記/絶対真空は、−760mmHg)である請求項6又は請求項7記載の容器のガス分子または揮発成分の保持方法。
- 水素分子を含有する液体や粘性体は、容器に充填する場合上部に空隙(dead volume)が無いように容器の口一杯まで充填したものである、請求項6、請求項7又は請求項8記載の容器のガス分子または揮発成分の保持方法。
- 容器とは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリアミド(ナイロン)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)等の樹脂を原料に、ボトル様の150μm以上の肉厚を有する立体的に成型された樹脂製容器、及び混注用口部や排出口の付いた点滴バッグ、口栓(飲み口)の付いたスタンドパウチ容器(ガゼットパウチを含む)、或いは三方袋(背貼り三方袋を含む)や四方袋等、200μm未満の厚みを有するフィルムを用いて袋状に製袋された容器、スクリュー式や王冠式蓋付きの金属缶、ガラスビン、陶磁器瓶、或いは紙製、木製、竹製の容器を意味するものである、請求項6、請求項7、請求項8又は請求項9記載の容器のガス分子または揮発成分の保持方法。
