前記EV走行中に、前記摩擦係合要素(C−1,C−2,C−3,B−1,B−2)を解放制御して前記自動変速機(10)をニュートラル状態とするニュートラル制御手段(46)と、
前記ハイブリッド車両が停車した状態からの前記EV走行中に、前記電動オイルポンプ(32)により前記摩擦係合要素(例えばC−1)のキャンセル油室(115)に対して供給される油量が不足することにより、前記摩擦係合要素(例えばC−1)に引き摺りが発生する条件(例えばTAc,TBc,TCc)が成立することを判定する引き摺り判定手段(51)と、
前記引き摺り判定手段(51)により前記引き摺りが発生する条件が成立することが判定された場合に、前記内燃エンジン(2)の始動を指令して前記機械式オイルポンプ(31)を回転駆動する引き摺り解消制御手段(52)と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
前記ハイブリッド車両(100)の車速(V)を検知する車速検知手段(42)と、を備え、
前記引き摺りが発生する条件は、前記経過時間(t)が短く、かつ前記車速(V)が高いほど、成立し易くなるように設定されたことを特徴とする。
前記引き摺りが発生する条件は、前記油温(T)が低いほど、成立し易くなるように設定されたことを特徴とする。
前記異常判定手段(45a)により前記電動オイルポンプ(32)の異常発生が判定されている間、前記経過時間計測手段(41)による経過時間の計測を停止する計時停止手段(41a)と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
前記異常判定手段(45a)による前記異常発生の判定の回数(N)をカウントして、所定回数(α)を超えた際に、前記電動オイルポンプ(32)に故障が発生したことを判定し、前記内燃エンジン(2)の始動を指令して前記機械式オイルポンプ(31)を回転駆動する故障判定手段(45b)を備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 内燃エンジンと駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に、該内燃エンジンにて駆動される機械式オイルポンプからの油により作動する摩擦係合要素を備えた自動変速機を有すると共に、前記内燃エンジンを停止して回転電機のみにより駆動輪を駆動するEV走行が可能なハイブリッド車両に用いられるハイブリッド車両用自動変速機の制御装置であって、
前記摩擦係合要素に油を供給する電動オイルポンプを駆動する電動オイルポンプ制御手段と、
前記EV走行中に、前記摩擦係合要素を解放制御して前記自動変速機をニュートラル状態とするニュートラル制御手段と、
前記ハイブリッド車両が停車した状態からの前記EV走行中に、前記電動オイルポンプにより前記摩擦係合要素のキャンセル油室に対して供給される油量が不足することにより、前記摩擦係合要素に引き摺りが発生する条件が成立することを判定する引き摺り判定手段と、
前記引き摺り判定手段により前記引き摺りが発生する条件が成立することが判定された場合に、前記内燃エンジンの始動を指令して前記機械式オイルポンプを回転駆動する引き摺り解消制御手段と、を備えた、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両が停車した状態からの前記EV走行を開始してからの経過時間を計測する経過時間計測手段と、
前記ハイブリッド車両の車速を検知する車速検知手段と、を備え、
前記引き摺りが発生する条件は、前記経過時間が短く、かつ前記車速が高いほど、成立し易くなるように設定された、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両用自動変速機の制御装置。 - 油温を検知する油温検知手段を備え、
前記引き摺りが発生する条件は、前記油温が低いほど、成立し易くなるように設定された、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のハイブリッド車両用自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記引き摺りが発生する条件は、前記内燃エンジンを始動してからアイドル回転数に到達する時間を安全マージンとして含めるように設定された、
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のハイブリッド車両用自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記電動オイルポンプに異常が発生したことを判定する異常判定手段と、
前記異常判定手段により前記電動オイルポンプの異常発生が判定されている間、前記経過時間計測手段による経過時間の計測を停止する計時停止手段と、を備えた、
ことを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれか記載のハイブリッド車両用自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記異常判定手段は、所定時間間隔毎に前記電動オイルポンプの異常発生を判定してなり、
前記異常判定手段による前記異常発生の判定の回数をカウントして、所定回数を超えた際に、前記電動オイルポンプに故障が発生したことを判定し、前記内燃エンジンの始動を指令して前記機械式オイルポンプを回転駆動する故障判定手段を備えた、
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載のハイブリッド車両用自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記引き摺り解消制御手段により前記内燃エンジンの始動を指令してから所定時間後に前記内燃エンジンの駆動状態を解除する解消終了制御手段を備えた、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか記載のハイブリッド車両用自動変速機の制御装置。
