図14は、本発明による燃料電池システムの第2実施形態の運転モード判定サブルーチンを示す図である。
図15は、本発明による燃料電池システムの第3実施形態の音振モード運転サブルーチンを示す図である。
図19は、本発明による燃料電池システムの第4実施形態の運転モード判定サブルーチンを示す図である。
図20は、本発明による燃料電池システムの第5実施形態の運転モード判定サブルーチンを示す図である。
図21は、本発明による燃料電池システムの第6実施形態の音振モードサブルーチンを示す図である。
Claims (9)
- 外部負荷に対し蓄電池と燃料電池とにより電力を供給する燃料電池システムであって、
前記燃料電池に酸化剤を供給する酸化剤供給機と、
前記燃料電池に連設され、前記酸化剤供給機から供給された酸化剤が流れる酸化剤通路と、
前記燃料電池よりも上流の酸化剤通路から分岐し、前記酸化剤供給機で供給された酸化剤の一部が燃料電池を迂回するように流れるバイパス通路と、
前記バイパス通路に設けられ、バイパス通路を流れる酸化剤流量を調整するバイパス弁と、
前記燃料電池の要求発電量に応じた酸化剤流量を前記酸化剤供給機により供給する酸化剤流量制御部と、
一定量の酸化剤流量を前記酸化剤供給機により供給する音振モード用酸化剤流量制御部と、を備え、
前記音振モード用酸化剤流量制御部により前記酸化剤供給機を制御しているときは、前記燃料電池の要求に応じて前記バイパス弁を制御するバイパス弁制御部と、
を含む燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置において、
前記音振モード用酸化剤流量制御部は、前記酸化剤供給機の作動音の音圧レベルが暗騒音の音圧レベルよりも大であるときに、一定量の酸化剤流量が供給されるように前記酸化剤供給機を制御する、
燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置において、
前記音振モード用酸化剤流量制御部は、車両が停止中、車両が低速走行中、シフトレンジがPレンジ、シフトレンジがNレンジ、静音モード又は燃料電池が低発電状態であるときに、一定量の酸化剤流量が供給されるように前記酸化剤供給機を制御する、
燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置において、
前記酸化剤通路を流れる酸化剤の圧力を調整する調圧弁と、
前記酸化剤供給機がサージするおそれがあるか否かを判定するサージ判定部と、
サージするおそれがあるときに、前記調圧弁の開度を大きくする調圧弁制御部と、
をさらに含む燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置において、
前記酸化剤通路を流れる酸化剤の圧力を調整する調圧弁と、
燃料電池に供給される酸化剤及び水素の差圧が燃料電池の膜耐差圧を越えるか否かを判定する差圧判定部と、
前記差圧が膜耐差圧を越えるときには、前記調圧弁の開度を大きくする調圧弁制御部と、
をさらに含む燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置において、
前記音振モード用酸化剤流量制御部は、前記バイパス弁が開いているときに、一定量の酸化剤流量が供給されるように前記酸化剤供給機を制御する、
燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置において、
前記音振モード用酸化剤流量制御部は、廃水素を希釈するための酸化剤量が発電に要求される酸化剤量よりも多い、バイパス通路を流れる酸化剤流量を増量した運転中である、サージを回避するように運転している、又は起動直後であるときに、一定量の酸化剤流量が供給されるように前記酸化剤供給機を制御する、
燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置において、
前記酸化剤供給機から一定量の酸化剤流量が供給されるときの余裕発電電力を演算する余裕演算部をさらに含み、
前記音振モード用酸化剤流量制御部は、燃料電池の目標発電電力が、前記余裕発電電力を越えるときには、酸化剤の供給量が増えるように前記酸化剤供給機を制御する、
燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置において、
前記音振モード用酸化剤流量制御部は、所定の回転速度を超えないように前記酸化剤供給機を制御する、
燃料電池システムの制御装置。
