Claims (5)
- 車体の外面に位置する外装部材を前記車体にクリップによって取付ける車両用外装部材の取付構造であって、
前記車体は、被取付部分を車幅方向に貫通した貫通孔を有し、
前記クリップは、前記車体に組み付けられる固定部材と、前記外装部材に組み付けられるスライダと、から成り、
前記固定部材は、車体外方から前記貫通孔に嵌合する筒状の本体部と、前記本体部の周面に形成された係止板および係止爪と、前記本体部の壁を貫通した係止孔と、から成り、
前記係止板と前記係止爪とは、前記被取付部分の外面と内面とを両側から挟み込むことにより、前記本体部を前記被取付部分に取付けるよう構成されており、
前記スライダは、前記筒状の固定部材の内面にスライド可能に且つ傾きが規制されて支持されるスライダ本体と、前記スライダ本体に形成されて弾性を有するスライダ用爪部と、から成り、
前記スライダ用爪部は、前記スライダ本体が前記筒状の本体部に浅く入り込んだ第1位置にあるときには、前記係止孔に仮止め状態に弱く係止されるとともに、前記スライダ本体が前記筒状の本体部に深く入り込んだ第2位置にあるときには、前記本体部に掛け止まるようになっていることを特徴とする車両用外装部材の取付構造。 - 前記外装部材は、樹脂製サイドシルガーニッシュである、請求項1に記載の車両用外装部材の取付構造。
- 前記係止孔は、前記スライダのスライド方向を基準として、前記係止板よりも先端側に設けられている、請求項1に記載の車両用外装部材の取付構造。
- 前記スライダ用爪部は、前記スライダをスライドさせる際の抵抗となるよう形成された抵抗部を有する、請求項1に記載の車両用外装部材の取付構造。
- 前記抵抗部は、前記スライダ用爪部の表面に形成された段部である、請求項4に記載の車両用外装部材の取付構造。
