Claims (9)
- 被処理物を装置本体内に供給する被処理物供給口と、
前記被処理物供給口から供給した被処理物を駆動軸で回転させる粉砕子で粉砕する粉砕部と、
前記粉砕部で粉砕した被処理物を粉砕部から離れた位置で循環させる空間を有する分級部とを備え、
前記粉砕部は、前記装置本体の内面に沿って所定方向に乾燥気体を供給する乾燥気体供給口を有し、
前記分級部は、前記粉砕部から供給した乾燥気体とともに前記粉砕した被処理物を排出する排出部と、前記乾燥気体とともに分級部に移送された被処理物の流れを変化させる偏向部とを有していることを特徴とする粉砕乾燥装置。 - 前記偏向部は、前記分級部で循環する被処理物の流れを該分級部における循環中心に向けて変化させるように構成されている請求項1に記載の粉砕乾燥装置。
- 前記偏向部は、被処理物の流れ方向上流側に支持部を有し、該支持部を中心に下流側端部を分級部における循環中心に向けて変化させることができる可変偏向板で構成されている請求項1又は2に記載の粉砕乾燥装置。
- 前記偏向部は、前記分級部と外部とを連通させる所定の隙間を有し、
前記分級部の外部に乾燥気体供給部を設け、
前記乾燥気体供給部から前記隙間を介して乾燥気体を分級部に供給するように構成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の粉砕乾燥装置。 - 前記粉砕部と前記分級部との間に、前記乾燥気体供給口から供給した乾燥気体を前記分級部に向けて案内する案内部を有し、
前記案内部は、前記分級部から前記粉砕部に戻る被処理物を粉砕子の被処理物投入側に案内する斜面を有している請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の粉砕乾燥装置。 - 前記分級部は、前記循環中心部分に前記排出部を備え、
前記排出部は、前記装置本体の側面から外方に突出する排出管部と、該排出管部の外方端部から粉砕と乾燥が行われた被処理物を乾燥気体とともに排出する排出口とを有している請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の粉砕乾燥装置。 - 前記分級部は、前記循環中心部分に前記排出部を備え、
前記排出部は、前記装置本体の側面から分級部の内方に所定量突出した排出管部と、該排出管部の外方端部から粉砕と乾燥が行われた被処理物を乾燥気体とともに排出する排出口とを有している請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の粉砕乾燥装置。 - 前記粉砕部は、前記粉砕子を設けた駆動軸の軸方向中央部に備えた被処理物供給口と、該被処理物供給口から供給する被処理物が駆動軸の軸方向に移動するのを抑止する整流板とを有している請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の粉砕乾燥装置。
- 前記被処理物供給口は、前記粉砕部に被破砕物を定量供給する供給機を備えている請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の粉砕乾燥装置。
