また、請求項1の発明によれば、工具箱を構成する箱体内に尿素水溶液タンクを設けることにより、工具箱の箱体によって尿素水溶液タンクを保護することができる。これにより、例えばホイール式作業車両の掘削作業時にバケットから落下した土砂や、ホイール式作業車両の走行時に車輪によって跳上げられた土砂が、尿素水溶液タンクに衝突するのを箱体によって防止することができ、尿素水溶液タンクの寿命を延ばすことができる。
また、箱体の開口を蓋体によって閉塞することにより、箱体内に配置された尿素水溶液タンクの給水口を外部から隠蔽することができるので、例えば悪戯によって尿素水溶液タンク内に尿素水溶液とは異なる異物が充填される不具合を防止することができる。さらに、尿素水溶液タンクの給水口の周囲には、箱体の内部空間によって大きな作業スペースが確保されるので、尿素水溶液タンクに対する給水作業を行うときの作業性を高めることができる。
Claims (5)
- 自走可能な下部走行体(16)と、該下部走行体(16)上に旋回輪(2)を介して旋回可能に搭載され動力源となるエンジン(9)が設けられた上部旋回体(3)とからなり、
前記下部走行体(16)は、左,右の前輪(19)と左,右の後輪(20)とが設けられるシャーシ(17)と、該シャーシ(17)に設けられ工具類を収容する工具箱(31,41,51)とを備え、
前記エンジン(9)の排気管(9B)には、排気ガス中の窒素酸化物を選択的に還元するための尿素選択還元触媒(12)を設けてなるホイール式作業車両において、
前記シャーシ(17)に取付けられた前記工具箱(31,41,51)には、前記尿素選択還元触媒(12)の上流側に位置して前記排気管(9B)内に噴射するための尿素水溶液を貯える尿素水溶液タンク(35,46,54,61)を設ける構成としたことを特徴とするホイール式作業車両。 - 前記シャーシ(17)には、前部フェンダ(22A)を取付けるために前記前輪(19)の後側に位置する前部フェンダ取付部(22)と後部フェンダ(23A)を取付けるために前記後輪(20)の前側に位置する後部フェンダ取付部(23)とを間隔をもって取付けると共に、前記前部フェンダ取付部(22)と後部フェンダ取付部(23)との間には前記上部旋回体(3)に乗降するための乗降ステップ(24)を設け、前記工具箱(31,41,51)は、前記前部フェンダ取付部(22)、後部フェンダ取付部(23)、および乗降ステップ(24)によって囲まれた工具箱収容空間(25)内に設ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載のホイール式作業車両。
- 前記工具箱(31,41)は、外側に向いた外側面(32E,42E)が開口した箱体(32,42)と、該箱体(32,42)の開口を開閉可能に閉塞する蓋体(34,43)とにより構成し、前記尿素水溶液タンク(35,46,61)は前記箱体(32,42)内に設け、前記尿素水溶液タンク(35,46,61)の給水口(35G,46A,61G)は前記箱体(32,42)内に位置して設け、前記蓋体(34,43)を開くことにより前記給水口(35G,46A,61G)を通じて尿素水溶液を給水する構成としてなる請求項1に記載のホイール式作業車両。
- 前記尿素水溶液タンク(35,46,61)は、前記箱体(32,42)とは別体の容器として、または前記箱体(32,42)と一体の容器として形成してなる請求項3に記載のホイール式作業車両。
- 前記尿素水溶液タンク(54)は前記工具箱(51)とは別部材からなる容器として形成し、前記尿素水溶液タンク(54)の容器を前記工具箱(51)に対して隣接して取付ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載のホイール式作業車両。
