Claims (7)
- 放射線を透過する支持基板と、
この支持基板の一面に設けられた樹脂反射シートと、
前記支持基板の一面の樹脂反射シート上に設けられ、放射線を可視光に変換する蛍光体層と
を具備していることを特徴とするシンチレータパネル。 - 支持基板の蛍光体層が形成された一面に対して反対側の他面に樹脂シートが設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシンチレータパネル。 - 樹脂反射シートと樹脂シートとは同じ材質で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のシンチレータパネル。
- 蛍光体層を覆う防湿層を具備し、この防湿層と樹脂反射シートとにより蛍光体層が包囲されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか記載のシンチレータパネル。 - 樹脂反射シートの材質は、発泡ポリエチレンテレフタレートであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4いずれか記載のシンチレータパネル。
- 樹脂反射シートの材質は、TiO2粒を分散したポリエチレンテレフタレートであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか記載のシンチレータパネル。
- 複数の受光素子が配列されたイメージセンサと、
このイメージセンサと組み合わされた請求項1乃至6いずれか記載のシンチレータパネルとを具備していることを特徴とする放射線検出器。
