Description
Automated Bonding)(図略)を接続するためのランドに電気的に接続する(たとえば他端がランドを形成する)。そして各データ引き出し配線121は、ソースドライバが生成するデータ信号を、所定のデータ信号線111に伝送するための経路となる。
Claims (10)
- データ信号線に電気的に接続する引き出し配線と、該引き出し配線に絶縁膜を介して重畳する複数の短冊状の導体と、該短冊状の導体どうしを電気的に接続する接続部分と、を備えることを特徴とする表示パネル用の基板。
- 前記接続部分は、前記引き出し配線と重畳しない部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル用の基板。
- 前記引き出し配線はつづら折り状に形成される部分を有し、前記短冊状の導体は前記引き出し配線のつづら折り状に形成される部分に前記絶縁膜を介して重畳するとともに、前記接続部分は前記つづら折り状の部分において前記引き出し配線と交差する部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の表示パネル用の基板。
- 各引き出し配線に前記絶縁膜を介して重畳する複数の短冊状の導体が、前記接続部分によって直列状に電気的に接続されるとともに、ある引き出し配線に前記絶縁膜を介して重畳する複数の短冊状の導体のそれぞれと、前記ある引き出し配線に隣接する他の引き出し配線に前記絶縁膜を介して重畳する複数の短冊状の導体のそれぞれうちの隣接するものどうしが前記接続部分によって電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の表示パネル用の基板。
- 一本の前記引き出し配線に前記絶縁膜を介して重畳する複数の短冊状の導体が、前記接続部分によって直列状に電気的に接続されるとともに、ある引き出し配線に重畳する短冊状の導体どうしを接続する接続部分と、前記ある引き出し配線に隣接する他の引き出し配線に重畳する短冊状の導体どうしを電気的に接続する接続部分とがさらに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の表示パネル用の基板。
- 各引き出し配線に前記絶縁膜を介して重畳する複数の前記短冊状の導体が、前記接続部分によって直列状に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の表示パネル用の基板。
- 前記短冊状の導体および前記短冊状の導体どうしを電気的に接続する接続部分は、絵素電極と同じ材料により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の表示パネル用の基板。
- 遮光性の材料からなり前記引き出し配線の間に設けられる遮光膜をさらに備えるとともに、前記接続部分は前記引き出し配線と前記遮光膜のいずれにも重畳しない部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の表示パネル用の基板。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の表示パネル用の基板と、該表示パネル用の基板に対向して配設される対向基板と、を備えることを特徴とする表示パネル。
- 前記表示パネル用の基板に設けられる短冊状の導体は、前記対向基板に設けられる共通電位線に、導電性を有するシール材によって電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の表示パネル。
