Claims (4)
- 第1のプラテンと,前記第1のプラテンに取り付けられた第1の金型と,第2のプラテンと,前記第2のプラテンに取り付けられた第2の金型とを有し,前記第1および第2のプラテンを互いに接近させることにより前記第1および第2の金型を型締めして,その状態で両金型間の成形空間に成形材を注入して光学素子を成形する光学素子成形装置において,
前記第1の金型に第1の型合わせ面が設けられるとともに,前記第2の金型に型締め時に前記第1の型合わせ面に型合わせされる第2の型合わせ面が設けられており,
前記第1の型合わせ面に第1のテーパー形状が設けられるとともに,前記第2の型合わせ面に前記第1のテーパー形状と嵌合する第2のテーパー形状が設けられており,
前記第1のプラテンと前記第1の金型との間に,前記第1の金型の前記第1のプラテンに対する型締め方向に垂直な面内での移動を許容する第1フリクション機構を有し,
前記第1フリクション機構は,型締めの際に圧縮される弾性部材を含んでいることを特徴とする光学素子成形装置。 - 請求の範囲第1項に記載の光学素子成形装置において,
前記型締めの方向が,重力方向と交差する方向であって,
前記第1プラテンは,前記第1の金型の自重による下方への移動を規制する落下防止部材を有することを特徴とする光学素子成形装置。 - 請求の範囲第項1または第2項に記載の光学素子成形装置において,
前記第2のプラテンと前記第2の金型との間に,前記第2の金型の前記第2のプラテンに対する型締め方向に垂直な面内での移動を許容する第2フリクション機構を有し,
前記第2フリクション機構は,型締めの際に圧縮される弾性部材を含んでいることを特徴とする光学素子成形装置。 - 請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいずれか1つに記載の光学素子成形装置において,
前記第1のプラテンが可動プラテンであり,前記第2のプラテンが固定プラテンであることを特徴とする光学素子成形装置。
