Abstract
Description
この特徴によれば、感圧部に導入した圧縮機の吐出圧力を有する流体と、制御弁に導入した圧縮機の吸入圧力を有する流体とは、シール部材等を用いることなく、感圧部を構成する伸縮部材と移動部材の当接でその連通を遮断しているので、移動部材の移動に伴う摺動抵抗をなくして、連通路を介する通気流量を安定かつ正確に調整することができるとともに、制御弁の非制御時には吐出圧力の増大に対して、移動部材の弁閉鎖方向への移動を防ぐことができる。
この特徴によれば、伸縮部材と移動部材の当接部に、前記圧縮機の吸入圧力が作用する密封室を形成することで、制御時のシール性と非制御時の弁開放保持性を極めて簡単な制御弁構成で確保できる。

Claims (2)
- 感圧部と、ソレノイド部と、移動部材に設けた弁体から成るバルブ部とを備え、該弁体の弁開度により圧縮機内圧が調整されて吐出容量が変更される可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁であって、前記感圧部に導入した圧縮機の吐出圧力が前記移動部材に付勢力を与えると共に、前記ソレノイド部は該付勢力と協働して、入力信号に応じて移動部材に付勢力を与え、前記弁体は前記移動部材の位置に応じてその弁開度が設定されて圧縮機の吐出圧領域と圧縮機内室とを連通する連通路の通気流量を調整し、前記圧縮機の吸入圧力は制御弁に導入されて移動部材に付勢力を与えると共に、前記感圧部に導入した前記吐出圧力を有する流体と、前記制御弁に導入した吸入圧力を有する流体とは、感圧部を構成する伸縮部材と前記移動部材の当接で両者の連通が遮断されていることを特徴とする可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記伸縮部材と移動部材の当接部に、前記圧縮機の吸入圧力が作用する密封室を形成した請求項1に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
