Description
この特徴によれば、ソレノイド推力による移動部材に与える付勢力に応じて、感圧部に導入された圧力による移動部材の移動位置を決めて弁開度の開度量を調整することが可能であり、かつダイアフラム組立体を、2枚のダイアフラムを張り合わせて内部に密閉した圧力室を形成した少なくとも一つのダイアフラム体で構成できるので、ベローズでは製作し得ない小さな受圧面積のダイアフラム体を使用することで、感圧部に導入された圧力が比較的大きな場合であっても、小さなソレノイド推力の変化で制御可能で制御弁の小型化が図れる。また、ダイアフラム組立体は複数のダイアフラム体を連設することで、必要とするストローク量を調整できる。更に、2枚のダイアフラムを張り合わせて形成した圧力室にガスを封入することにより、感圧部に導入された圧力に対するダイアフラム体が発生する推力を調整できる。更に又ダイアフラム保持体の外周に配置したスプリング部材によりダイアフラム保持体が係合保持されているので、ダイアフラム組立体が伸縮時に傾くような偏倚力を受けても、スプリング部材によってその傾きを抑えることができるので、感圧部に導入した圧力によりダイアフラム組立体に生起した推力は安定した状態で移動部材に伝達される。
この特徴によれば、ソレノイドの移動部材に与える付勢力により、圧縮機内圧と吸入圧力との差圧を速やかに変化させて、可変容量型圧縮機の吐出量を迅速に変更させることが可能であり、吸入圧が高いエアコンにも適用することができる。

Claims (2)
- 感圧部と、ソレノイド部と、移動部材に設けた弁体と弁座から成るバルブ部とを備え、前記弁体の前記弁座に対する弁開度は、前記移動部材に与えられる付勢力に基づく移動部材の移動により調整される制御弁であって、前記感圧部を構成するバルブボディとケースとで構成した感圧室にはダイアフラム保持体とダイアフラム組立体が配置され、前記ダイアフラム保持体は、該保持体の外周に配置したスプリング部材に係合保持され、前記ダイアフラム組立体は、同形の2枚のダイアフラム単体を対称に配置して張り合わせて内部に密閉した圧力室を形成した少なくとも一つのダイアフラム体で構成され、該ダイアフラム体の外周部は前記ダイアフラム保持体に隙間を持って囲繞され、該ダイアフラム体の中央部は前記ケースと前記ダイアフラム保持体とに当接接続して、感圧部に導入された圧力に応じて生じたダイアフラム体の推力を前記ダイアフラム保持体を介して前記移動部材に付勢力として与えると共に、前記ソレノイド部からの入力信号によるソレノイド推力を前記付勢力と協働する付勢力として前記移動部材に与えることを特徴とする制御弁。
- 請求項1に記載の制御弁を用いて可変容量型圧縮機の吐出容量を変更するようにした可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁であって、前記可変容量型圧縮機は圧縮機内圧と吸入圧力との差圧により吐出容量が変更されるものであり、前記制御弁の感圧部には圧縮機の吸入圧力が導入され、圧縮機の吐出圧領域と圧縮機内室とは連通路を介して連通され、該連通路の流量は前記移動部材の移動によって設定される前記弁開度に基づいて調整されることを特徴とする可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
