硫酸ナトリウム 8〜14質量%
水酸化ナトリウム 0.5〜1.0質量%
使用した凝集剤A又はBは試作品であり、その詳細は、以下のとおりである。
(凝集剤A) アクリルアミド・アクリル酸ナトリウム共重合体からなるアニオン系凝集剤、アクリル酸ナトリウム27質量%、平均分子量約1300万、白色粉末、嵩比重0.65g/cc
(凝集剤B) アクリルアミド・アクリル酸ナトリウム共重合体からなるノニオン系凝集剤、アクリル酸ナトリウム3質量%、平均分子量約1100万、白色粉末、嵩比重0.65g/cc
実施例1
以下の1)及び2)に記載の方法で脱水縮合反応(エステル化反応)を行った後、反応生成液を中和・水洗した。
1)ペンタエリスリトール29質量部(以下「部」と略す)、アクリル酸73部、触媒として硫酸2部、重合禁止剤として塩化銅0.4部を使用し、有機溶媒としてトルエンを70部使用し、反応液全体を15tにした。反応液を加熱してエステル化反応を行い、ペンタエリスリトールのトリ、テトラ、ペンタ及びヘキサアクリレートの混合物を得た。
2)ジペンタエリスリトール36部、アクリル酸73部、触媒として硫酸3部、重合禁止剤として塩化銅0.8部を使用し、有機溶媒としてトルエンを60部使用し、反応液全体を15tにした。反応液を加熱してエステル化反応を行い、ジペンタエリスリトールのトリ、テトラ、ペンタ及びヘキサアクリレートの混合物を得た。
以下の1)及び2)の方法でエステル化反応を行った後、反応液を中和・水洗した。
1)トリメチロールプロパン32部、アクリル酸73部、触媒としてp−トルエンスルホン酸2部、重合禁止剤として塩化銅0.1部を使用し、有機溶媒としてトルエンを100部使用し、反応液が全体で15tとなる量を使用した。反応液を加熱してエステル化反応を行い、トリメチロールプロパンのトリアクリレートを得た。
2)ジトリメチロールプロパン63部、アクリル酸80部、触媒としてp−トルエンスルホン酸5部、重合禁止剤として塩化銅0.2部を使用し、有機溶媒としてトルエンを80部使用し、反応液を全体で15tとした。反応液を加熱してエステル化反応を行い、ジトリメチロールプロパンのトリ及びテトラアクリレートの混合物を得た。
アルキレンオキサイド変性トリメチロールプロパン120部、アクリル酸100部、触媒としてp−トルエンスルホン酸6部、重合禁止剤として塩化銅0.2部を使用し、有機溶媒としてトルエン200部を使用し、反応液が全体で15tとなる量を使用した。反応液を加熱してエステル化反応を行い、アルキレンオキサイド変性トリメチロールプロパン・トリアクリレートを製造した後、反応液を中和・水洗し、洗浄廃水を得た。洗浄水は50g/Lの水酸化ナトリウム水溶液、及び水道水を使用した。
実施例1と同じ洗浄廃水1L(Cu;5mmol〜25mmol)を20質量%水酸化ナトリウム溶液にてpH12とした。次いで、4.5質量%水硫化ナトリウム溶液を約30ml(25mmol)添加して廃水の酸化還元電位を0mVとした。
実施例1と同様にして得た洗浄廃水を硫酸でpH7とした後、廃水1Lに対して8質量%炭酸水素ナトリウム溶液を約80ml添加した。その後、水酸化銅の生成を促進すべく70℃まで加温して1時間放置した。
実施例1と同様にして得た洗浄廃水1Lに、酸化剤として12質量%次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水溶液50mlを添加し、銅イオンを酸化銅とした。酸化剤の投入により廃水の粘度が上昇した。凝集剤Aを添加しても酸化銅が凝集せず、粘調な溶液となった。
Claims (12)
- 水溶性の重合性有機酸及び/又はその重合物と多価金属イオンとを含む廃水の処理方法であって、前記廃水にアルカリ金属の硫化物及び/又は水硫化物を添加した後、生成した前記多価金属の硫化物を分離することを特徴とする廃水の処理方法。
- アルカリ金属の硫化物及び/又は水硫化物が硫化ナトリウム及び/又は水硫化ナトリウムである請求の範囲第1項に記載の廃水の処理方法。
- 水溶性の重合性有機酸がアクリル酸又はメタクリル酸である請求の範囲第1項に記載の廃水の処理方法。
- 多価金属イオンが銅イオンである請求の範囲第1項に記載の廃水の処理方法。
- アルカリ金属の硫化物及び/又は水硫化物の添加量が銅イオンに対して等モル以上である請求の範囲第4項に記載の廃水の処理方法。
- アルカリ金属の硫化物及び/又は水硫化物を廃水の酸化還元電位が0mV以下となるように添加する請求の範囲第1項に記載の廃水の処理方法。
- 廃水がpH7〜13に調整されたものである請求の範囲第1項に記載の廃水の処理方法。
- 水溶性の重合性有機酸又はその重合物と多価金属イオンとを含む廃水の処理方法であって、前記廃水にアルカリ金属の硫化物及び/又は水硫化物を添加して多価金属イオンを硫化物にした後、凝集剤又はろ過助剤を添加して前記多価金属の硫化物を含むスラッジを形成させ、次いで前記スラッジを固液分離機にて脱水することにより廃水から前記多価金属の硫化物を分離する廃水の処理方法。
- 凝集剤がノニオン性及び/又はアニオン性有機系凝集剤である請求の範囲第8項に記載の廃水の処理方法。
- アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸とアルコールとを溶剤中強酸性触媒及び重合防止剤の銅イオンの存在下に反応させてアクリル酸エステル又はメタクリル酸エステルを含む反応生成液を得る工程と、前記反応生成液を洗浄水で洗浄し、アクリル酸エステル又はメタクリル酸エステルを含む有機層と銅イオンを含む洗浄廃水とに分離する工程と、前記洗浄廃水の処理工程と、を有するアクリル酸エステル又はメタクリル酸エステルの製造方法であって、前記洗浄廃水の処理工程が、前記洗浄廃水にアルカリ金属の硫化物及び/又は水硫化物を加えて硫化銅を生成させた後、凝集剤を添加し、硫化銅を含むスラッジを凝集分離させる工程であるアクリル酸エステル又はメタクリル酸エステルの製造方法。
- アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸とアルコールとを溶剤中強酸性触媒及び重合防止剤の銅イオンの存在下に反応させてアクリル酸エステル又はメタクリル酸エステルを含む反応生成液を得る工程と、前記反応生成液を洗浄水で洗浄し、アクリル酸エステル又はメタクリル酸エステルを含む有機層と銅イオンを含む洗浄廃水とに分離する工程と、前記洗浄廃水の処理工程と、を有するアクリル酸エステル又はメタクリル酸エステルの製造方法であって、前記洗浄廃水の処理工程が、前記洗浄廃水にアルカリ金属の硫化物及び/又は水硫化物を加えて硫化銅を生成させた後、ろ過助剤を添加し、硫化銅を含むスラッジを共沈分離させる工程であるアクリル酸エステル又はメタクリル酸エステルの製造方法。
- 洗浄廃水から硫化銅を含むスラッジを分離して得られる処理廃水を燃焼処理する請求の範囲第10項又は第11項に記載のアクリル酸エステル又はメタクリル酸エステルの製造方法。
