Abstract
Description
(接続導体の端部形状1)
さらに本発明に係る接続導体25は、図2、図3に示す本発明の一例のように、少なくとも一端部が外側に膨らむ曲線で構成された周縁26を含む構成となっている。このような曲線で構成された周縁26は、接続導体25を上述の適当な長さに切断するときに、所定形状の型を使用した打ち抜き加工処理により形成できる。

さらに図5に示すように、接続導体28の少なくとも一つの端部の平面形状を、鈍角である複数の角部を備えることができる。この場合、帯状の接続導体28の部材を略直角に切断した後、この接続導体の略直角部分を切り落とすことで、鈍角部を形成することができ、図5に示すように接続導体28の端部に複数の傾斜辺29が形成される。

Claims (6)
- 電極が形成された太陽電池素子と、
前記電極と半田を介して接続された帯状の接続導体と、
を備えた太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記接続導体は、少なくとも一つの端部の平面形状が、鈍角である複数の角部を備えることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 電極が形成された太陽電池素子と、
前記電極と半田を介して接続された帯状の接続導体と、
を備えた太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記接続導体は、少なくとも一つの端部の平面形状が、外側に膨らむ曲線で構成された周縁を含むことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記曲線は、円弧であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 電極が形成された太陽電池素子と、
前記電極と半田を介して接続された帯状の接続導体と、
を備えた太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記接続導体は、少なくとも一つの端部に貫通穴部を備えることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記端部は、前記接続導体の他の部分よりも厚みが薄いことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記端部は、押圧により薄く形成されて成ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
