Abstract
Description
[第1実施形態]
図1に示す本実施形態に係る空気入りタイヤ10のトレッド部12は、タイヤ径方向内側となるベース部18の外周に、トレッド踏面12A側となるキャップ部16を重ねて配置した、所謂キャップ・ベース構造をなし、ベース部18には非発泡ゴムが配置されている。
(作用)
空気入りタイヤ10では、トレッド部12のトレッドゴム22に発泡ゴムを配置すると共に、該トレッド部12の一部に発泡ゴムを用いた発泡ゴム導電層14を配置しているので、導電性ゴムに非発泡ゴムを用いた場合に問題となっていたトレッド部12の偏摩耗が抑制される。
[第2実施形態]
図2において、本実施の形態に係る空気入りタイヤ20では、発泡ゴム導電層14を、ベース部18からトレッド踏面12Aに向かって、該トレッド踏面12Aの法線方向に対して、タイヤ幅方向に傾斜するように配置している。
(作用)
空気入りタイヤ20では、トレッド部12における発泡ゴム導電層14が、ベース部18からトレッド踏面12Aに向かって、トレッド踏面12Aの法線方向に対して平行ではなく、タイヤ幅方向に傾斜するように配置される。これにより、発泡ゴム導電層14がトレッド部12において、トレッド踏面12Aの平面視でタイヤ幅方向に、一定の広さを占めることとなり、発泡ゴム導電層14とその他のトレッドゴム22との間の耐摩耗性の差によって生ずる偏摩耗を抑制することができる。静電気の放電作用については、第1実施形態と同様である。
(試験例)
表1に示す条件で、従来例と実施例に係る空気入りタイヤを試作し、体積抵抗率と偏摩耗レベルについて試験を行った。

Claims (5)
- トレッド部に発泡ゴムが配設された空気入りタイヤであって、
トレッド踏面に体積抵抗率1010Ω・cm以下で白色フィラーが配合されない発泡ゴム導電層を部分的に配設したことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記発泡ゴム導電層の発泡率が、前記発泡ゴムの発泡率以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記発泡ゴム導電層は、タイヤ周方向に延びる帯状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部は、タイヤ径方向外側のキャップ部とタイヤ径方向内側のベース部とを有するキャップ・ベース構造をなし、前記ベース部に非発泡ゴムを配置し、かつ前記発泡ゴム導電層は、前記キャップ部に設けられると共に前記ベース部と接することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記発泡ゴム導電層を、前記ベース部から前記トレッド踏面に向かって、該トレッド踏面の法線方向に対して、タイヤ幅方向に傾斜するように配置することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
