Claims (1)
- 半導体素子と該半導体素子を外部に接続するた
めの外部接続端子とを有する半導体素子用パツケ
ージを、二層以上の配線層を一主面側に有する配
線基板に搭載した混成集積回路装置において、前
記半導体素子用パツケージが、前記配線基板に、
前記一主面側とは反対側から、前記外部接続端子
を前記配線基板に設けられた貫通孔に挿入するこ
とにより搭載され、前記外部接続端子は、前記配
線基板の前記二層以上の配線層のうち最表層の配
線層ではない配線層に、接続されていることを特
徴とする混成集積回路装置。
