キヤリアの実装構造の従来例を示す断面図である
。第６図及び第７図はガラス基板へのフイルムキ
ヤリアの実装状態を示す平面図である。第８図及
び第９図は従来のフイルムキヤリア実装構造を用
いた場合のＩＣの出力走査方向を示す平面図であ

Claims (1)
- 可とう性絶縁フイルム上に形成された導体パタ
ーンのアウターリードボンデイング部及びインナ
ーリードボンデイング部が、フインガー状に該可
とう性絶縁フイルムより延在しているフイルムキ
ヤリアの該アウターリードボンデイング部を、異
方性導電膜を介して配線基板に対峠させ、該可と
う性絶縁フイルムより薄い他の可とう性絶縁フイ
ルムを介して加熱することにより、該アウターリ
ードボンデイング部を該配線基板に熱圧着してな
ることを特徴とするフイルムキヤリア実装構造。
