Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 両端に摩擦ライニングが配置された摩擦駆動デ
    イスクを備えた駆動部材と、各々の摩擦ライニン
    グの外側に配置された一対の加圧板と、これらの
    加圧板の少なくとも一方が回動できないように結
    合された被駆動部材とを備え、被駆動部材に軸方
    向に支持された板バネが一方の加圧板を両側の摩
    擦ライニングを介して摩擦駆動デイスクを挾持す
    るように被駆動部材に結合された加圧板に対して
    押圧し、これにより駆動部材から被駆動部材へ回
    転トルクを伝達するようにした摩擦継手であつて
    、板バネの応力を変えることにより伝達される回
    転トルクを調節できるようにされたものにおいて
    、 被駆動部材１に支持された板バネ５によつて押
    圧される前記一方の加圧板６が駆動部材１７上に
    回動自在に枢支されており、他方の加圧板１２は
    半径方向に隔置して設けられた複数の孔１８と被
    駆動部材１に設けられた対応する孔１９を貫通す
    る止めボルト７によつて被駆動部材１に対して回
    動できないように結合されており、この止めボル
    ト７はその両端側にネジ山が設けられ且つこの一
    方のネジ山の終端部分には段部９が形成されてい
    て、この段部９に加圧板１２の孔１８のまわりの
    部分が挾持されるようにロツクナツト１０の締付
    けによつて押圧固定され、止めボルト７の他方端
    側のネジ山に調節ナツト４の締付けによつて板バ
    ネ５の応力による最大伝達トルクを決定した後に
    調節ナツト４が止めボルト７並びに止めボルト７
    に隣接する被駆動部材１９のまわりの部分に溶接
    によつて固着されたことを特徴とする摩擦継手。
