    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. リードフレームの放熱板に半導体ペレットを固着し、前
    記リードフレームの支持条片部で樹脂成形時の前記放熱
    板の高さ位置を支持して樹脂成形をし、成形後前記成形
    樹脂より外部に露出する前記支持条片を切除してなる樹
    脂封止半導体装置において、前記支持条片の前記成形樹
    脂端面近傍部分は予じめ元の厚さの２／３〜１／２の厚
    さに局部的に薄くされており、この薄い部分で前記切除
    が行われていることを特徴とする半導体装置。
