Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は缶口に密封板を貼り付けるか、巻き締
めた気密缶に於いて、缶胴に缶蓋を嵌合した状態
で缶の側面が面一になるように構成して、缶の外
装並びに包装上頗る便利にし、合わせて缶の気密
性を高めると共に外観上の体裁も良好ならしめた
ものである。
次に図面につき本考案の実施例を説明すると、
第２図に於いて、１は薄い金属板で形成した缶胴
であつて、その上側部を上段２と下段３の２段に
窪め、更に上端４を内側に巻き缶口５を形成する
と共に、該缶口にはアルミフイルム箔の裏面に合
成樹脂膜を介してホツトメルト接着剤層を設けて
なる密封板６を加熱装着してある。
而して、前記上段２は密封板６を接着した缶口
上端４が下段３面から突出しないような深さａに
形成されており、前記下段３は、蓋側壁１０下端
の厚みと同じ深さｂにして、下段３に嵌合した缶
蓋９外面と缶胴１外面とが面一になるように構成
してある。
第３図に示す実施例で上例と異なる点は、上段
１２の深さa′を倍位深く窪め、缶口１５は缶胴上
端１４と、アルミ箔、合成樹脂膜等を積層してな
る密封板周縁１６と、環状押えリング１８とを一
体にして外側に巻締め完全に気密を保持できるよ
うになつており、この巻締められた缶口上端が下
段１３面から突出しないように形成されている点
である。
第４図に示す実施例で第２図に示す場合と異な
る点は上段２２と下段２３間に中段２２′を設
け、巻締められた缶口２５上端が下段２３面から
突出しないように形成されている点であつて、そ
の他の点は同一である。
上記構成の如く本考案に於いては缶胴の上側部
を窪めて２乃至３段を設け、その上段は密封板を
装着した缶口上端が下段面から突出しない深さに
形成されているから、缶口に密封板を接着した
り、巻締めてあつてもその上端外周が下段面から
突出しないので、缶蓋の着脱に際して何等妨げに
ならない。
又、下段は蓋側壁の下端縁を内側に折り重ねた
蓋側壁下端の厚みと同じ深さにしてあるから、下
段に嵌合した缶蓋外面と缶胴外面とが画一にな
る。従つて缶蓋と缶胴の重ね目に沿つて粘着テー
プを接着し易く、又缶の側面に縁巻縁や紐状部が
一切突出していないので、包装に際して掛紙を巻
き付けたり筒状のサツク内に缶を挿入し易い利点
もある。更に、前記上段と下段を設けたことによ
り、缶の側面の面一を保ち乍ら缶口には密封板を
接着するか、巻締められるため高度な気密性を保
持できると共に外観上の体裁も頗る良好で商品価
値を高めることができる。
更に又、本考案は丸型、角型いずれの缶にも実
施でき、缶胴上部を著しく補強できる効果もあ
る。

１図は丸缶の側面図、第２図乃至第４図は要部の
拡大断面図を表わす。 １……缶胴、２……上段、３……下段、４……

段、１４……缶胴上端、１６……密封板、１８…
…押えリング、２２……上段、２２′……中段、

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 缶胴の上側部を窪めて２乃至３段を設け、その
    上段は密封板を装着した缶口上端が下段面から突
    出しない深さに形成されており、その下段は蓋側
    壁の下端縁を内側に折り重ねられた缶蓋下端の厚
    みと同じ深さに形成して、下段に嵌合した蓋外面
    と胴体外面とが面一に構成されていることを特徴
    とする気密缶。
