Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (発明の技術分野) この発明は、ミラー付サンバイザの製造方法に関する。
(1,Y来技拝1どその問題点) ミラー付サンバイザfとして、従来第4図に示JIM造
の6のがある。
このリンバイ1丁は、ワイヤ芯II 1の裏面および表
面にパッド祠2.3を挟/υで表皮I44,5を積層し
、周縁を高周波つ1ルダにより袋状に接りしてサンバイ
ザ本体を形成しである。そして、表面側のパッド祠3に
1jミラー8おにびこれの因縁を保持しlζミラーケー
ス6を嵌め付(Jるための開口が形成されており、また
表面側表皮材5は、ミラーケース6の内周縁に高周波つ
JルダにJ:り溶着され、ミラー8の外因縁を縁寧るよ
うにしている。
ミラー80周縁を縁取るための方法としては、第5図(
a)、(b)に示すように、8周波つJルダ装置dの下
型10十にミラーケース6を設置し、その−1面に表皮
材5を被ゼた状態で8周波つJルダ電極11をミラーケ
ース6の内側フランジ部分に向LJて押汗し、下Qi 
10おJ:び8周波つ■ルダ電極11間で両名を挟みつ
けた状態で融着を行う。
次いで、[を行った後に表皮材5の内側部分を高周波ウ
エルダによって形成された薄肉部分7に沿って切り取り
、窓を開けるようにしている。
そして、次工程でミラー8の外周部をミラー/7−ス6
に嵌め付けるJ、うにしている。
しかしながら、ミラーケース6は塩化ビニール等の軟質
樹脂の射出成形体からなっており、また表皮材5は同様
に塩化ビニールからなっているために、第5図(b)に
示づようにl/] El ml L /ζ部分が加熱収
縮力また(よミラー)1−ス6の耐熱剛性1・足によっ
てめくれ十がってしJ−い、ミラー8どミう一ケース6
との間にめくり1がりにJ、る隙間Sが発生する。また
この隙間Sはミラー8によって映し出されるために、外
観りはその映し出されlこ虚像が見えることになるので
、隙間Sが2倍の値となって見え、商品性が低下する大
魚があった。
(発明の目的) この発明は、ミラーの周縁部とミラーケース内周縁との
間に以上のような隙間の発生することを防止し、商品性
を向上させることを目的とJる。
(発明の構成と効果) 前記1−1的を達成りるために、この発明は、高周波つ
Tルダ装冒の型面上に設置されたミラーの周縁(J、^
周波接り用の接着媒体を介してミツ−ケースを設置(〕
、ミラー/7−スの表面にリンバイ1Fの外杉状に沿っ
て1へリムカットされた表皮材を設置し、ミラーケース
の内周形状に形成した高周波つ1ルダ電極を表皮(イ十
に押し当て、高周波を印加することr1ミラーどミラー
/7−スおよび表皮!4の311′iを一体に融6し、
次いぐ高周波つ■ルダ電捗の内周に設置J /、−カッ
ト刃を表皮材に押しイ]lJることτ・表皮材をミラー
ケースの内側形状に沿って切り離し可能としたことを特
徴とづる。
以1のh法ににれば、高周波つrシダ11.’lにミラ
ーをミラーケースに一体に融着し、その後、カット刃で
(lJ iiの内周部に1した表皮Hの端祠を切り離し
可能に押し切りするJ、うになっているので、端祠を切
り取った後に、切り取った部分に隙が発生することがな
く、商品性が向−1?Iる。
まlJ、この発明でlJ1ミラー々−スの表皮に対する
接着と同時にミラーケース内にミラーを固定できるので
、T数も省くことができる。
(発明の実施例) 第1図はこの発明を適用した高周波つ■ルダ装置を示す
ものである。
図において、21.22は高周波発振器20に接続され
た型板である。
各型板21.22はイれぞれガイドポスト23゜24に
よって離接可能にガイドされる。
下側型板21十には下型25が設置されており、下型2
5に対向して1側型板22の上面には高周波ウエルダ電
極26が対向般若されている。ざらに、高周波ウエルダ
電極26の内周部にはカッ1〜刃27が配置されている
そして、カット刃27は通常状態で1.1つ■ルダ電極
26の下端より−し高い位暦に設置さね、へ周波つエル
ダ加工後に手品に突出りる構△どイ「−)でいる。
第2図はつ■ルダ電極26おJ、びカット刃27の要部
を示すもので、電極26は型板22に固定されたブラケ
ット22Flおよびカッl−827間に譬陪1+l能に
保1.′lさね、かつ電極26の1端と、型板22間に
介在された弾性体22bにより、小端がカッ(・刃27
の下端J:り突出した状態に保持されている。
したがつ・て電1I26が下型25に当接した後、更に
型板22を干降させると電極26は弾性体22【)をI
f シてその<O置に保持され、相対的にカッ1〜刃2
7が下陪づることになる。
次に、以上の構成の高周波つTルダ装置を用いたつTル
ダ方法について説明する。
まず、第1図に示ずJ、うに下型25丁に周縁にミラー
ケース25を装着したミラー30を設置する。次いでそ
の上面を表皮材34で覆う。
なお、ミラーの周縁とミラーケース32との接着面間に
1i^周波ウーlルダ助剤36を介イfして+3く。
高周波つ1−ルダ助剤は、[V△系、ウレタン系。

は、シルク印刷等により塗布を行う。
またミラーケース32の裏面に6同様の方法で・つ■ル

なお、つTルタ助剤36はミラー30かミう一ケース3
2のいずれか一方に塗布しておいCもよい。
以l−のセツティング操作終了後に、1−側型根22を
下降させ、第3図(a)に示すように高周波ウーfルダ
電極26を表皮材34の表面に押し当て、次いで高周波
発振器を発娠さU、両古間を加熱溶着する。
この状態で、ミラー30どミラーケース32 tail
【よ8周波つTルダ助剤36の溶融により完全に接着し
、またミラーリース32と人皮(A34間は自身の加熱
により一体に融着りる。
次に、この状態を保持しICままR振を停止1シ、更に
型板22を下降させることにより第3図(IN)に示す
ようにノ」ット刃27が十陪し、つ1ルダ部分40の内
周部にカッ1−刀27の先端を当てる。
以上の動作終了後に型板22を引き上げ、完成品を下型
25十から取出し、カット刃27にJ、つて薄肉化さt
+、 ii部分40を基点に、表皮材34の端材34−
を引きはがυば、第3図(C)に示号ようにミ0ノー3

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波ウエルダ装置の型面上に設置されたミラーの周縁
    に、高周波接着用の接着媒体を介してミラーケースを設
    置し、ミラーケースの表面にサンバイザの外形状に沿つ
    てトリムカツトされた表皮材を設置し、ミラーケースの
    内周形状に形成した高周波ウエルダ電極を表皮材上に押
    し当て、高周波を印加することで、ミラーとミラーケー
    スおよび表皮材の3者を一体に融着し、次いで高周波ウ
    エルダ電極の内周に設けたカツト刃を表皮材に押し付け
    ることで表皮材をミラーケースの内側形状に沿つて切り
    離し可能としたことを特徴とするミラー付サンバイザの
    製造方法。
