Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は合成樹脂シート若くはフィルムの高周波による
溶着切断処理法に関する。
従来、このような溶着切断処理法には第1図(a)に示
すように上部電極1と下部電極2に各々可動電極3.4
とを合致した位置に固装し、各可動電極3.4に隣接し
て各々互いに接近して位置する刃付電極5.6を設は可
動電極3の先端と刃付電極6の先端の間に凹欠部7.8
t−形成し、第1図(b)に示すように上下の電極1.
2を可動して両刃付電極5.6が短絡しない程度接近す
るまで移動させ熔着し、次いで第1図(0)に示すよう
に通電を断ち、さらに圧力をかけて上下の刃付電極5,
6を接触させて切断している。
しかしながら、このような方法では切断縁を綺麗にする
ため凹欠部を設けなければならず、装置がコスト高とな
シ、また両刃付電極ビ短絡しない程度に接近させる、両
刃付電極の先端を合致させる等装置が複雑になって扱い
にくいものである。
そこで、本発明は上述のような点に着目し、これを解消
すべくなされたもので、その要旨とするところは下部電
極上に載置した複数枚の合成樹脂シート若くはフィルム
上に上部電極を押下しつつこれに高周波電圧を印加して
前記合成樹脂シート若くはフィルムを相互に熔着し、次
いで前記両電極への通電を遮断して直ちに前記両電極の
内面に沿って下降自在に取υ付けた切断刃を押下し前記
合成樹脂シート若くはフィルムの溶着部を切断し、確実
に熔着し、かつ切断縁も綺麗にしたことにある。
次に本発明の実施の一例を図面を参照して詳細に説明す
る。
図中10は基台上に取り付けられた下部電極でオシ、こ
の下部電極10はリング状に形成されている。まず、こ
の下部電極10上に複数枚の合成樹脂シート11.12
を載置し、第3図に示すようにこのシート11.12上
に上部電極13を押下しつつ、これに高周波電圧を印加
してシート11゜12t−相互に熔着する。上部電極1
3はリング状に形成され、その下面を下部電極10め上
面と同一に形成されている。
次いで第4図に示すように両電極10.13への通電を
遮断して直ちに両電極01,13の内面に沿って下降自
在に取り付けた切断刃14を押下しシー ) 11.1
2の溶着部を両電極10.13の内面位置で切断する、
この切断刃14は上部電極13の上部開口から嵌装され
て油圧装置C図示せず)によって切断動作をなすように
している。
尚、15は芯材である。
本発明は上述のように構成されている。
下部電極上に載置した複数枚の合成樹脂シート若くはフ
ィルム上に上部電極を押下しつつこれに高周波電圧を印
加して前記合成樹脂シート若くはフィルムを相互に熔着
し、次いで前記両電極への通電を遮断して直ちに前記両
電極の内面に沿って下降自在に取り付けた切断刃を押下
し前記合成樹脂シート若くはフィルムの溶着部を切断す
るため、シート若くはフィルムの溶着部の端縁を残すよ
うにして切断刃によって切断し、確実に溶着部を残置さ
せ、かつ切断刃を上部電極の内面から下部電極の内面へ
押下して溶着機を残すことのない綺麗な仕上げを得るこ
とができるものである。

程を示す断面図、第2図以下は本発明の実施の一例を示
すもので、第2図は本発明の方法に使用する装置の縦断

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. fil  下部電極上に載置した複数枚の合成樹脂シー
    ト若くはフィルム上に上部電極を押下しつつこれに高周
    波電圧を印加して前記合成樹脂シート若くはフィルムを
    相互に熔着し、次いで前記両電極への通電を遮断して直
    ちに前記両電極の内面に沿って下降自在に取シ付けた切
    断刃を押下し前記合成樹脂シート若くはフィルムの溶着
    部を切断することを特徴とする合成樹脂シート若くはフ
    ィルムの高周波による溶着切断処理法。
