第１図は従来の内部リード取出し部の概略図でありａは
断面図、ｂは平面図である。ここで１′は金膜、１は金
球、２は外部リード取出し電極（ホンディングパッド）
、３はチップ保護膜、４は酸化膜、５はシリコン基板で
ある。第２図は本考案の実施例でありａはその断面図、
ｂはその平面図である。ここで６は金線、６″は金球、
７は内部リード取出し電極、８はチップ保護膜、９は酸
化膜、１０はシリコン基板である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. チップに熱圧着あるいは超音波溶接にて内部リードを接
    続する構造の集積回路素子において、内部リードの取出
    し電極を小さくして該内部リードを接続することにより
    前記電極を該内部リードにより覆うことを特徴とする集
    積回路装置。
