  1. 被測定集積回路を測定するテスト部、及び被測定集積回
    路と電気的接触を得るテストヘッド部を各々複数台と、
    かかるテストヘッドにテストヘッドと同数或いはそれ以
    下の被測定集積回路を同時に供給し、試験後の結果に応
    じて、被測定集積回路を分類するハンドリング部をもつ
    ことを特徴とする集積回路試験装置。
