Claims (1)
- プローブカードに設けた接続ピン及び、ポゴコンタクト
と、前記のピン及び、ポゴコンタクトを受けるマザーボ
ードの一部に設けたスルーホールと、前記マザーボード
側の残りの部分に設けた電極パターンとを備え、前記プ
ローブカードと前記マザーボードとが２点以上の止め部
で接続されることによりボゴコンタクトと電極パターン
とが接続されることを特徴とする半導体検査装置。
