Claims (1)
- 基板上に集積回路を形成してなる集積回路装置の機能試
験をする自動試験機用テストプａ−フカードにおいて、
電流量の大きい電源用パッド及ひ接地用パッドに接触す
る探針を、他の信号用パッドに接触する探針より大径と
したことを特徴とするテストプローブカード。
