Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ガイド用チューブと、このガイドチューブに軸方
    向に摺動自在に組込まれかつガイドチューブに内装した
    スプリングにより先端がガイドチューブから突出する方
    向に常時付勢されている接触ピンとを備え、接触ピンの
    先端を回路基板等の検査点に接触させて電気的な測定検
    査を行なうものにおいて、前記接触ピンを、可撓性を有
    する硬線の集合体で形成したことを特徴とする回路基板
    等の検査装置におけるコンタクトプローブ。
  2. （２）可撓性を有する硬線の集合体が、硬質のワイヤを
    多数本束ねかつその表面を錫でコーティングしばらつか
    ないようにして構成されていることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の団結基板等の検査装置に
    おけるコンタクトプローブ。
