    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子部品の端子ピンに可動接片を接離させ上記電子部品
    の動作を試験する電子部品試験装置にお−いて、上記可
    動接片の外側に該可動接片と平行に設けられた導体板と
    、該可動接片と該導体板との間に挿入され上記電子部品
    の電源又は接地端子ピンに該−当する位置の部分が切除
    された絶縁フィルムと、上記絶縁フィルムの切除部分に
    おいて上記可動接片と上記導体板とを接触させるための
    コンタクトチップとを設けたことを特徴とする電子部品
    試験装置の端子接続装置。
