    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 集積回路を試験するテスタの接地線と、前記テスタに接
    続され、かつ、被試験集積回路に接続されたコンタクト
    部のピンと接続するソケットをもったソケットコネクタ
    の接地線とを、導電性ラバーを用いて接続したことを特
    徴とする集積回路テスタ。
