験用アダプタを説明するための図である。 図中、１は頭部、３はコンタクトピン、４は回路選択カ
ード、５は試験用パターン、６は被試験プ募〕ント板、
７は電子部品、７′は電気回路導体、８はスペア端子、
９は減圧槽、１０は試験治具、１１は気密パッド、１２
は脚部、１３は応動型コンタクトピン、１４は逃げ孔、
２５は接続線をそれぞれ宗す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 減圧槽内の標準位置に複数のコンタクトピンを設け；前
    記減圧槽の減圧動作により被試験プリント板の電気回路
    導体を前記コンタクトピンに吸着接触させ、前記被試験
    プリント板の特性を試験する治具構成において、前記コ
    ンタクトピンを脚部の押圧により頭部が突出する応動型
    コンタクトピンで構成１、且つ当該試験の回路構成に必
    要とされる前記応動型コンタクトピンのみを動作させる
    回路選択カードが前記応動型コンタクトピンを介して配
    設されたことを特徴とするプリント板試験用アダプタ。
