Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被テストデバイスへの入力信号をドライブするドライバ
    回路、及び出力信号を判定するコンパレート回路をあわ
    せもつピンエレクトロニクスカードが円筒状の空胴と同
    心円上に複数枚配置されたテストヘッドと、被テストデ
    バイスに接触する接触子を有するプローブカードと、該
    プローブカードと電気的に接続された中継ボードとを有
    するＩＣテスト装置において、中継ボードとピンエレク
    トロニクカードとを電気的に接続したときに、該中継ボ
    ードでの被テストデバイスと該ピン千しクトロニクスカ
    ードとの間の入出力信号を取り出す端子をテストヘッド
    の円筒状の空胴内に設けたことを特徴とするＩＣテスト
    −装置のテストヘッド。
