図中、１は頭部、３はコンタクトピン、４は回路選択カ
ード、５は試験用パターン、６は被試験プ募〕ント板、
７は電子部品、７′は電気回路導体、８はスペア端子、
９は減圧槽、１０は試験治具、１１は気密パッド、１２
は脚部、１３は応動型コンタクトピン、１４は逃げ孔、
