態を示す斜視図である。 １０・・・・・・箱状本体、１１・・・・・・プローブ
ピン、１２・・・・・・プリント板ユニット（被試験物
）、１３・・・・・・空気吸引口、１４・・・・・・底
面部材、１６・・・・・・端子部、１８・・・・・・上
部開口、１９・・・・・・下部開口。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 箱状本体内の空気を抜いて被試験物を該箱状本体に真空
    吸着し該被試験物の端子部を信号テスト用の多数個のプ
    ローブピンに接触させて内部回路の試験を行うインサー
    キットテスタ用フイクスチュアにおいて、上記プローブ
    ピンを箱状本体の底面に下向きに植設すると共に、該プ
    ローブピンをパイプ状に形成してそれぞれのプローブピ
    ン自体で被試験物の端子部に真空吸着可能とし、被試験
    物を上記箱状本体の下方側から吸着するようにしたこと
    を特徴とするインサーキットテスタ用フイクスチュア。
