    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検査基板に当接するコンタクトピンを有するテストヘ
    ッドが取り付けられた検査治具本体と、一端に前記コン
    タクトピンに接続される第１のコネクタを有し他端が前
    記検査治具本体に取り付けられた第２のコネクタに接続
    された補助ケーブルと、一端が第２のコネクタを介して
    前記補助ケーブルに接続され他端が信号処理装置に接続
    された主ケーブルとを設け、前記信号処理装置によって
    前記コンタクトピン間の導通をチェックして得られたパ
    ターンデータと良品基板のパターンデータとを比較して
    合否判定を実行するよう構成したプリント基板検査装置
    。
