Claims (1)
- 集積回路のピンをＩＣテスタの測定ピンに電気
的に接続する集積回路測定用治具において、ＩＣ
テスタの全測定ピンにそれぞれ電気的に接続した
ピンプラグコネクタと、被測定用集積回路を装着
するＩＣソケツトとを有し、該ＩＣソケツトを集
積回路の種類に応じて交換可能とするとともに、
各ＩＣソケツトに、前記ピンプラグコネクタに差
し込むピンプラグを備えたことを特徴とする集積
回路測定用治具。
