    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 共通の駆動回路によって複数の被試験ＩＣの各対応する
    端子に駆動信号を与え、同時に複数のＩＣを試験するよ
    うにしたＩＣ試験装置において、上記駆動回路と被試験
    ＩＣの各端子との間に被試験ＩＣ相互の干渉を減少させ
    る減結合回路を設けて成るＩＣ試験装置。
