状態を示す図である。 第２図は同検査装置に使用する検査装置本体のブロック
図である。 また第３図はプリント配線基板に対する接触針の接続状
態を示す図であり、第４図はプリント配線基板に実装さ
れた回路構成例を示す図、さらに第５図は従来の検査装
置による検査方法を説明する図である。 １・・・プリント配線基板、２・・・接触針、ａ ％
ｆ・・・導体部、Ｂ・・・短絡グループライン。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プリント配線基板の所望の複数の導体部に接触針を接触
    させ、各接触針の出力から導体部間の短絡、開放状態を
    判定するプリント配線基板の検査装置において、 任意の一つの接触針を基準接触針として、その基準接触
    針を除く他の複数の接触針を短絡してグループ化する短
    絡グループラインを設け、基準接触針に対するグループ
    ラインの短絡、開放状態を判定してグループ毎の検査を
    行うようにしたプリント配線基板の検査装置。
