Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は自動車用フロントシート構造に関するもので
ある。
自動車用シートのバックレストを転換して、乗り心地を
よくしたりあるいは開口部を形成するだめに神々の発明
がなされている。（たとえば特開昭５７−３３０３２号
公報参照） 本発明はバックレストを転換して、特に幼児を乗せると
きその安全を図るようにしだものである。
一般に家族が自動車によって外出するとき、幼児を助手
席へ座らせることがよくある。ところが幼児は目の位置
が低く外の景色が見えないので、しばらくするとシート
ベルトを取ってシートの」二に立ったりして、危険な状
態になることかある。
本発明はこのような事態を回避するだめになされたもの
であって、フロントシートのシートクッションの上にバ
ックレストの一部を重ねて、幼児を座らぜるクツ７ヨン
に転換できるようにしたものである。さらにランバーサ
ポートとして調整し、雪だノースルー化するなと多用途
に使用できるようにしたものである。
次に本発明の詳細を図面に示す実施例によって説明する
。
第１図に示すように、フロントシートＪは従来構造のシ
ートクツンヨン２と本発明によるバックレスト３からな
っている。バンクレスト３は、両脇の側方部拐５，６と
、この両部材間に位置し互に隣接する上方中央部材７お
よび下方中央部材８とに分割して形成しである。
側方部材５，６の下端と７−トクツシヨン２の後端との
間には、回動装置１２を取付け、従来通りバックレスト
３を前倒しにし、まだ後方へリクライニングできるよう
にする。上方中央部材７１４回動機構１４により側方部
側５，６の上部に枢支してあり、この中央部材７はヘッ
ドレストになる状態７ａ（第１図に示す）から背当てに
なる状態７ｂ（第２図に示す）まで回動可能であるとと
もに、その中間の状態においても定置できるようにしで
ある。
まだ下方中央部材８は回動機構Ｊ６により側方部材５，
６の下部に枢支してあり、この中央＋ｆｌｉ　ｋＡ’　
８は水平方向の前倒し状態３ａ（第１図に示す）から水
平方向の後例１〜状態８ｂ（第５図に示す）まで回動可
能であるとともに、その中間の状態においても定置でき
るようにし７である。
このシートを通常の使用状態にするには、バンクレスト
３を第３図または第４図に示すような状態にする。すな
わち側方部材５，６を定位置に起立させ、北方中央部材
７と下方中央部月８も互に隣接するように起立させて７
ＣＩ８Ｃ４たは７ｄ。

さて幼児を助手席へ座らせるには、第１図に示すように
、下方中央部材８を前倒ししてソートクッション２の上
に屯ねて８ａの状態にし、次に第２図に示すように、上
方中央部材７を回動して背当てになる状態７ｂにする。
こうすれば）３ａ、７ｂの状態にした中央部材により幼
児用のシートが形成され、幼児の目の位置が下方中央部
材８の厚さたけ高くなり外の景色が見えるようになるか
ら、立」一つだりすることがなく安全な状態になる。？

たこのようにすれば幼児にもシートベルトが使用できる
ようになり安全性が向上する。
第３図、第４図はランパーサポー１・とじて調整する状
態を示し、回動機構１４および１６を微調整して、上方
中央部材７および下方中央部月８を、７ｃ、８ｃまたは
７ｄ、３ｄの状態にする。すなわち両中央部材を微小に
転換して、乗員の体形に適合するランパーサポートが簡
単に得られる。
第５図はフロントシートをシースルー化シタ状態を示し
、上方中央部材７を回動して７ａの状態にし、寸だ下方
中央部材８を後方へ回動して８ｂの状態にする。これに
よりリヤ７−）１８に座った乗員２（ｌ　ｉ、Ｊ：、足
部を下方中央部材８の上に載せさらに上方中央部材７の
下方に開かれた隙間から前方へつき出して充分に寛ぐこ
とができる。
前述のように本発明は、通常の状態で使用できるフロン
トシ−トのバックレストラ、幼児用７−トに転換して安
全に使用できるようにしたものである。さらにランバー
サポートとして調整できるとともに、シースルー化し、
これをリヤノートの乗員の足のぜ台として使用できるな
ど、いろいろな用途に活用されるという利点がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. フロント７−トのバックレストを、両脇の側方部材と、
    該両部材間に位置し互に隣接する上方および下方の中央
    部材とに分割形成し、上方の中央部材はヘッドレストに
    なる状態から背当てになる状態まで回動可能にし、下方
    の中央部材は水平方向の前倒し状態から水平方向の後倒
    し状態まで回動可能にしたことを特徴とする自動車Ｊ４
    Ｔフロント　７−　ト　構ｊりｔ。
