Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体素子と複数の拡散抵抗と複数の外部接続金属パッ
    ドとが同一半導体ペレット内に形成され、かつ前記複数
    の外部接続金属パッドのそれぞれと前記半導体素子の一
    つの端子との間には、前記複数の拡散抵抗のうちの一つ
    の選択または２個以上の組合せにより、それぞれ所望の
    抵抗値が得られるよう接続がなされている複合半導体ペ
    レットと、この複合半導体ペレットが搭載された配線基
    板とを含むことを特徴とする混成集積回路装置。
