Claims (8)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）電子部品が収納されたケースを第１の樹脂及び第
    ２の樹脂にて封止してなるものにおいて、前記電子部品
    の各端子とそれぞれ接続され第１の樹脂より突出してな
    る複数の中間フレームと、該フレームを所定の配線に基
    づいて接続する導電手段と、該手段と接続され第２の樹
    脂より突出する複数の外部引出端子とを有することを特
    徴とする半導体装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置におい
    て、第１の樹脂は柔軟性樹脂であり、第２の樹脂はケー
    スと熱膨張係数の近似した樹脂であることを特徴とする
    半導体装置。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置におい
    て、第１の樹脂は下層に柔軟性樹脂、上層に硬化性樹脂
    を有する２層構造であり、第２の樹脂はケースど熱膨張
    係数の近似した樹脂であることを特徴とする半導体装置
    。
  4. （４）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置に
    おいて、導通手段は少なくとも一主面に配線パターンが
    形成されたプリント基板であることを特徴とする半導体
    装置。
  5. （５）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置におい
    て、導通手段がリードフレームであることを特徴とする
    半導体装置。
  6. （６）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置におい
    て、導通手段には電子部品が接続されていることを特徴
    とする半導体装置。
  7. （７）実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項記載の装置に、、
    　　おいて、プリント基板の電子部品搭載面を裏面とす
    ることを特徴とする半導体装置。
  8. （８）実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の装置におい
    て、プリント基板は中間フレームが貫通す　　　　□る
    孔を有することを特徴とする半導体装置。
