  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　容器内に収容した蒸着物質を加熱、蒸発せしめて基
    体上に蒸着させるに際し用いられる蒸着物質収容器にお
    いて、前記容器の外壁面に温度検知手段が設けられ、こ
    れによって前記蒸着物質の温度が制御されることを特徴
    とする蒸着物質収容器。 ２　温度検知手段が熱電対からなっている、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲の第１項に記載した蒸着物質収容器。
