  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　容器内に収容した蒸着物質を加熱、蒸発せしめて基
    体上に蒸着させるに際し用いられる蒸着物質収容器にお
    いて、前記容器内の蒸着物質上の内空間に温度検知手段
    が設けられ、これによって前記蒸着物質の温度が制御さ
    れることを特徴とする蒸着物質収容器。 ２　蒸着物質を収容した容器の蒸発物質上の内壁面に、
    熱電対が設けられている、実用新案登録請求の範囲の第
    １項に記載した蒸着物質収容器。 ３　蒸着物質を収容した容器内の蒸発物質上の内空間に
    突出して熱電対が設けられている、実用新案登録請求の
    範囲の第１項に記載した蒸着物質収容器。
