    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空室内で基板ホルタにより保持された基板に赤外線ラ
    ンプの罫外線を照射し加熱しながら薄膜を生成する装置
    において、真空室外に赤外線ランプを設置し、この赤外
    線ランプの赤外線を透過する窓板を真空室に設けた窓に
    取付けると共に、この窓板に近接対向して基板ホルダを
    配置してなる薄膜生成装置の基板加熱装置。
