Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、かじ毛細と一体のスリーブの放射方向中空
の少なくとも一部と作用するロックボルトを有した自動
車のかじ毛細盗難防止装置に関するものである。
上述した型の盗難防止装置は多数の十の組のために作用
が十分に行われるが、それにもか〜わらず種々な不都合
を受けたり使用中に不便をコウムる。先ず第１に、ボル
トがスリーブの中空部に相対して決して配置されないの
で、復帰ばねがボルトのために設けられて構造が複雑に
なり、ボルトの係合を生じるために車両停止やエンジン
停止において使用者がかじ毛細な回転することがある。
使用者がしばしば忘れて行うこの操作は、エンジンが作
動していないときに不作動になる動力かじ取補助装置を
特にかじ取装置が有するときに相当な力を要する。
また、かじ取を解放するようにトルクがかじ取ハンドル
にしばしは作用されて、車輪が縁石に対して停止圧して
いればトルクが相当になることがある。更に、この様な
周知の装置は特にしばしば要求される非施錠力にもとづ
いて電気的、空圧的または流体的装置によるボルトの制
御に適していない。
従って、全ての位置でのかじ毛細の施錠を確実にするよ
うな装置によって上述の型の盗難防止装置を取換える努
力が行われている。しかし、提案された装置は不完全で
複雑なので、需要を広めることができない。
従って、この発明の目的は先に述べた凰の盗難防止装置
の平易さと確実性との明白な利点を有すると同時に、か
じ毛細の全ての位置での施錠作用を確実にし且つ最小量
の力だけの作用によってボルトを引込みできる新規なか
じ枢軸盗難防止装置を提供することにある。
このために、この発明に従った盗難防止装置は、スリー
ブが中空で全周に亘って周囲溝を有しており、Ｉ・ウジ
ングの内部が複数個の自由回転部材およびスリーブと一
体の止めを含むスリーブ内に形成され、組体が回転部材
から成っていて止めがハウジングの全周を占めず、スリ
ーブの完全な外の非施錠位置と周囲溝を介してスリーブ
のハウジングを貫通する施錠位置とをロックボルトが占
めるようできることを特徴としている。
この発明は、添付図面を参照した以下の説明から容易に
理解されよう。
かじ毛細は周知の様な具合にスリーブ３に溶接されたか
じ枢軸コを有している。この発明に従えば、スリーブ３
は中空で、連続した周辺溝３１　　を有している。ハウ
ジングの内側に設けられたスリーブ３にはローラダと、
スリーブ３と一体でゆるいローラダの係合部を形成する
固定のローラダ１　とを有している。ローラ＋　、　＋
’゛はスリーブ３の中空部分にこれらロー９１１．ＩＩ
’ロックポル）ｊは、スリーブ３０周辺＃Ｉ３’に相対
してかじ枢軸コの軸心と直角に滑動でき且つ第１乃至３
図に示される錠止位置を占めることができ、周辺溝３１
　　を介してスリーブ３の内部を貫通して各側にてロー
ラｔのわきを動き、これらの間に設けられた自由空間を
感謝している。一方の方向または他の方向にかじ枢軸コ
を回転する試みはロックボルトＳと固定のローラダ１　
との間に置かれたローラダを閉じ込めて、かじ毛細λを
錠止する。ローラダの間の全間隙は、自由な遊びなく実
際にかじ枢軸コが錠止されるためにロックボルトＳの幅
よりも僅かに大きくできる。
ロックボルトｊは、減速歯車や％磁石、空圧モータ等を
有した電動機の様なアクチュエ、−タロによって制御さ
れる。アクチュエータ６は、ビボツ）／θと一体のナッ
トデと相互作用するねじ付の抑圧軸ｇを有している。ピ
ボットｌＯは軸１２に枢支された端フォークすなわちレ
バー／／と作用する。レバー／／の他端は、ロツクボル
ト５と一体の軸１３と作用フォークを有しズいる。リミ
ットスイッチ／Ｓは抑圧軸ｇやロックボルトＳによって
経験変位を制限する。
カムを介してロックボルトＳの変位を制御するロック、
を有した機械的手段により普通に取換できるアクチュエ
ータ６は遠隔制御装置により好適に電気制御される。
ローフ１Ｉはボールやニードルの様な同等の回転部材と
交換できる。
スリーブ３０周辺溝３′　　を貫通するロックポル）ｊ
の端部／ｌは、かじ毛細λに作用するトルクから生じる
力Ｐ（第３図）が盗難防止装置を無効にする試みにてロ
ックボルトに作用されるときにロックボルトｊが後方に
動くことを防止するよう僅かな勾配をもって好適に指し
ている。他方、普通性われる力Ｐの様な半径方向の取分
Ｐ、はローラダの押圧力にもとづいてロックポル）Ｓに
作用し、アクチュエータ６の作用下によってロックボル
トＳの引出しを容易にする。
錠止作用のときにかじ枢軸コによって角度位置が占めら
れても、ロックボルト５の先端／Ｓはこれらローラダの
転動にもとづいて各側のローラダのわきを移動する。も
しロックボルトＳが固定のロー２≠１　に対向して設け
られＮば、先端１５は固定のローラｌ／、１　０対向す
る縁部に対して閉じ込めるようローラダのれぎを全て移
動する。説明した様に、実際に例の効果も必要としな（
・ボルトの引込みは、ローラダの押圧力Ｐの分力Ｐ１　
　によって容易に行われる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 ／　かじ枢軸と一体のスリーブの放射方向中空の少なく
    とも一部と作用するロックボルトを有した型の自動車の
    かじ枢軸盗難防止装置において、スリーブ（３）は中空
    で全周に亘って周囲溝（３１）を有し、ハウジングの内
    部はスリーブ（３）と一体になった複数個の自由回転部
    材（りと止め（り１）を有するスリーブ（３）内に形成
    され、回転部材（り）と止め（ｌＩｌ　）を形成する組
    体はハウジングの全周空間を占めず、ロックボルト（Ｓ
    ）はスリーブ（３）の完全に外側にある解錠位置と周囲
    溝（３つを介してスリーブ（３）のハウジングを貫通す
    る錠止位置とを占めるようできることを特徴とする自動
    車のかじ毛細盗難防止装置。 ユ　自由回転部材がゆるいローラ（→から成ることを特
    徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載のかじ毛細盗難防止
    装置。 ３　自由回転部材１がボール軸受から成ることを特徴と
    する特許請求の範囲第１項記載のかじ毛細盗難防止装置
    。 病　自由回転部材がニードル軸受から成ることを特徴と
    する特許請求の範囲第１項記載のかじ毛細盗難防止装置
    。 Ｓ　止め（ｕ＋）が丸くなった局面を有していることを
    特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１乃至ｑ項いずれか１項記
    載のかじ毛細盗難防止装置。 ム　スリーブ（３）と相対して設けられたロックボルト
    （Ｓ）の端部が拡大部（／３）を封していることを特徴
    とする特的晶求の範囲第１乃至５項いずれか７項記載の
    かじ毛細盗難防止装置。 ２　ロックボルト（刀が７クチエータ（６）により制御
    されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１乃至６項い
