    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｎ導電型の半導体基板の一方の片面からＰ型不純物、他
    方の片面からＮ型不純物の選択拡散により形成されたＰ
    型不純物拡散層およびＮ型不純物拡散層を有するダイオ
    ードにおいて、前記Ｐ型不純物拡散層の外周部近傍は前
    記Ｎ型不純物拡散層の外周を覆うように深く拡散されて
    いることを特徴とするダイオード。
