    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外枠から伸びた連結部により支持されている半導体素子
    を搭載するため・のアイランドと、このアイランドの周
    囲に先端が集るように配置された複数のリードとを有し
    、前記アイランドが前記連結部の曲けにより前記リード
    面より低くされている半導体装置用リードフレームにお
    いて、前記連結部の折り曲げ段部が他の部分より薄くさ
    れていることを特徴とする半導体装置用リードフレーム
    。
