Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）半導体ベレット搭載用タブとこのタブの周辺に配
    置され夫々がインナーリード部およびアウターリード部
    を有する複数のリードとを有するリードフレームを用い
    て組み立てられた半導体装置において、前記各リードの
    インナーリード部の先端部分を絶縁体に埋め込んで固定
    したことを特徴とする半導体装置。
  2. （２）　　前記絶縁体には前記タブも埋め込まれている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    半導体装置。
