    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数の半導体片が直接または金属電極板を介して
    金属基板上に固定された絶縁板に固着されたものにおい
    て、絶縁板がその上に固着される半導体片あるいは電極
    板の周縁の少なくとも一部に外接する凸部を有すること
    を特徴とする半導体装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置におい
    て、凸部の上に端子導体が固定され、該端子導体に半導
    体片の電極が接続されたことを特徴とする半導体装置。
