    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 先端部が半導体素子と導電接続され、他端側で前記半導
    体素子を包む保護パッケージの外部に引き出される多数
    のリードをもつ半導体装置用リードフレームにおいて、
    前記リードの前記保護パッケージに包まれる部分の平た
    い面に、このリードの長手方向に対し横切ると共に前記
    リード他端側に向って凸形状をなす溝が設けられている
