Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車の側突対策に伴うンートの組付構造に係
るものである。
自動車の側突対策として軍部を強化する必要性があるが
、この場合において軍部の強化に伴って、軍部の厚さ寸
法が増し、この増した分だけシート巾寸法が縮少せざる
を得ず、ゆとりのない窮屈な座席にならざるを得ない不
具合があった。
本発明は斯様な従来品の不具合を除法することを目的と
するものである。
以上の目的を達成するための本発明の基本的構成は軍部
の下部内側に補強突部を設けると共に、該補強突部にシ
ートを構成する軍部の一部を載置してなることを特徴と
する車両用シートの組付構造に係るものである。
以下、本発明の実施例全図面にもとづいて説明する。
図中（４）は軍部、（Ｂ）はシートを示し、車５６　（
Ａ）はその内側の上部にｔ１ＩＩ強伶９材（ｅ）を一体
に形成すると共に下部には補強突部（ａ）を突設せしめ
て、車Ｉｇ，ｉ。
（卸な強化したものであり、この補強突部（ａ）　（ａ
ｌ）（ａ、）の形状は断面長方体状（ａ）（第１図乃至
第３図）、断面略三角形状（ａ、）　　（第４Ｍ）、等
小扉（Ａ）と一体に形成してもよいし、また、第５図に
示す如く小扉（５）を補強すべく小扉■の下端縁が突当
る車体（Ｃ）に補強突部（ａ？）を設けるも任意である
。
図中（Ｂ、）はパケット状のシートクッションで、−゛
　　　　　そのシートクッショ ン（Ｂ、）の半扉■側に、シートクッション（Ｂ　ｌ）
と一体（第１．２．４．５図）又は別体（第３図に載置
部（ｂ）　（ｂ＋）（ｂ、）　を設けて、前記小扉■の
補強突部（ａ）・・・に載置し得るようにする。また、
この載置部（ｂ）・・・は発泡材などの可撓性を有する
部材で形成するのが望ましいが、繊維、布類だけのクッ
ション洞でもよい。
そして、載置部（ｂ）はシートクッション（Ｂ１）の−
側部を軍部囚方向に延設せしめて軍部囚を開放し莱１９
１！する際に、第２図鎖線に示す如く、折曲し、乗降し
易いようにしても良い。なお図中（１）は表皮、（２）
は発泡材、（３）は硬質合成樹脂板製７レーム、（４）
は補強突部接触面に設は摩耗、損傷を防止する合成樹脂
製スライダー、（５）はシートアジャスタを夫々示す。
また、第４図に示す載置部（ｂθはモＩＩ強突部（ａｌ
）に係合する噛合凹ＷＩＩＩ（ｂ＋＋）を外側部に設け
たものであり、噛合凹渦（ｂｌ）に補強突部（ａｌ）全
喰い込まぜる（小扉（５）の閉口状態）において（第４
図実線）、載置部（ｂθが上方に上がり、また乗降時に
おける小扉（５）開放時には補強突部（ａ、）と載置部
（ｂ、）との噛合が解除され、載置部（ｂ、）は下方に
垂れ下がるようにし、（第４図鎖線）、乗降性を良くす
る。
第３図は載置ｇ（Ｓ　（ｂ、）をシートクッション（Ｂ
、）ト別体に形成して、軍部囚の補強突部（ａ）上に、
載置固定したものであり、斯様に形成することにより乗
降性を一層向上し得る。
本発明は叙上の如く小扉はその内側に設けた補強突部に
よって強化されるが、シートの載置部がこの補強突部上
に載置されるため、シートの幅寸法を従来品に比べ増大
できる。従って小扉の強化を図り側突対策？なした従来
品の如き居住性が損なわれることがないし、また載置部
は補強突部によって支持されるため、支持部材を別に設
ける必要がないため構造が簡単で低原価で提供できる。
更にシートの単作側を延設して載置部を形成することに
より、乗降の際、載置部が柔軟弾性があるため邪脆にな
らず、乗降性も損なわれない。
また載置部を小扉に一体に固定することにより、より一
層乗降性を向上し得る。
依って所期の目的を達成する。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）軍部の下部内側に補強突部を設けると共に、該補
    強突部にシードを構成する軍部の一部を載置してなるこ
    とを特徴とする車両用シートの組付構造。
  2. （２）前記シートの軍部側に載置部を延設し該載置部を
    軍部の補強突部に載置してなることを特徴とする特許 車両用シートの組付構造。
  3. （３）　　前記載置部は軍部Ｇこ一体に取付けてなる前
    記特許詰求の範囲第一項若しくは第二項記載の車両用シ
    ートの組付構造。
