Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車の両側に配置された一対の駆動輪13,14を有する車のアンチロック ブレーキ装置であって、各車輪13,14に関する車輪速度センサ17,18と 、前記ホイール13,14でスキッド状態を検出し、スキッド制御命令を発生す るために2つの車輪速度センサ17,18からの車輪速度信号に応答するコント ローラ19と、車輪に供給される流体圧すなわちブレーキ圧に応答する各車輪1 3,14についての車輪ブレーキ23,24と、ブレーキ要求信号によって流体 圧供給部38から前記ブレーキの双方の共通のブレーキ圧を供給する共通供給ラ イン37と、前記共通のブレーキ圧を調整するために前記スキッド制御命令によ って制御されるスキッド制御装置40と、前記ブレーキの双方に関する共通のブ レーキ圧を供給するために前記車輪13,14の一方の車輪のスピン状態を検出 するコントローラに応答して圧力下の流体を共通の供給弁39に供給するブレー キ供給弁51と、前記ブレーキ圧から前記車輪13,14の他方に関連するブレ ーキ23,24を遮断する遮断装置42,43とを有するブレーキ装置。 2.前記ブレーキ圧は、空気または他のガスを有し、以降空気として説明する 空気ブレーキ圧である請求項1に記載のブレーキ装置。 3.前記空気は、加圧されたリザーバ47,53のような供給源から供給され る請求項2に記載のブレーキ装置。 4.前記共通の供給弁39は、インライン弁を有する請求項1ないし3のいず れかに記載のブレーキ装置。 5.前記空気ブレーキ圧を提供する空気は、ブレーキ圧要求弁29の制御の下 に共通の供給弁39に空気供給源47,53から送られ、手動で作動可能なブレ ーキ圧要求弁29は、前記ブレーキ要求信号を供給する請求項4に記載のブレー キ装置。 6.前記共通の供給弁は、リレー弁を有する請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記 載のブレーキ装置。 7.前記空気ブレーキ圧を供給する空気は、空気供給源47から共通の供給弁 39に送られ、ブレーキ要求信号は、手動で作動可能なブレーキ圧要求弁29の 制御の下に共通の供給弁39及び前記ブレーキ供給弁51に供給される請求項6 に記載のブレーキ装置。 8.前記ブレーキ圧は、油のような液体、以降液圧流体と称する液体を有する 液圧ブレーキ圧である請求項1に記載のブレーキ装置。 9.前記装置は、車のブレーキに供給される液圧ブレーキ圧を提供する空気圧 信号に応答した流体圧コンバータ71を有する請求項8に記載のブレーキ装置。 10.前記空気圧信号を提供する空気は、前記共通の供給弁39によって前記 コンバータ71に送られる請求項9に記載のブレーキ装置。 11.前記共通の供給弁は、インライン弁39を有する請求項9または10に 記載のブレーキ装置。 12.前記空気ブレーキ圧を提供する空気は、手動により作動可能なブレーキ 圧要求弁29の制御の下に共通の供給弁39に空気供給源47,53から送られ 、ブレーキ圧要求弁29は、前記ブレーキ要求信号を供給する請求項11に記載 のブレーキ装置。 13.前記共通の供給弁39は、リレー弁を有する請求項9または10のいず れかに記載のブレーキ装置。 14.前記空気ブレーキ圧を供給する空気は、空気供給源47から共通の供給 弁39に送られ、ブレーキ要求信号は、手動で作動可能なブレーキ圧要求弁29 の制御の下に共通の供給弁39及び前記ブレーキ供給弁51に供給される請求項 13に記載のブレーキ装置 15.ダブルチェック弁45は、ブレーキ供給弁と、手動により作動可能なブ レーキ圧要求弁29と、共通の供給弁との間に設けられている請求項1ないし1 4のいずれかに記載のブレーキ装置。 16.前記遮断弁42,43の各々は、前記ソレノイドが励磁されたとき流体 流を遮断するようなソレノイド作動弁を有する請求項1ないし15のいずれかに 記載のブレーキ装置。 17.前記スキッド制御装置40は、次のモード、大気圧または低圧領域にブ レーキ圧の排出が可能になり、車のブレーキで得られる圧力でブレーキ圧を保持 し、ブレーキ圧を段階的に増大することが可能である、選択されたブレーキ圧の 制御を提供するように作動可能であるモードから選択されたブレーキ圧の制御を 行うように作動可能である請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載のブレーキ装置 。 18.前記1つの車輪のスピン状態が検出され、コントローラ19がブレーキ 供給弁51を励磁するようになっており、他の車輪ブレーキと関連する遮断弁4 2,43を励起して段階的に圧力を増大する請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記 載のブレーキ装置。 19.前記スキッド制御装置40は、2つのソレノイドを有する請求項1ない し17のいずれかに記載のブレーキ装置。 20.前記ソレノイドの1つ(排出ソレノイド)は、低圧領域でブレーキ室を 大気に接続し、前記ソレノイドの他方(保持ソレノイド)は、空気の通路を遮断 するようになっている請求項19に記載のブレーキ装置。 21.第1のモードにおいて、排気及び保持ソレノイドは、車のブレーキから ブレーキ圧を解放するように励磁される請求項20に記載のブエーキ装置。 22.第2のモードにおいて、保持ソレノイドは励磁され、前記排気ソレノイ ドは非励磁とされる請求項20または21に記載のブレーキ装置。 23.第3のモードにおいて、保持ソレノイドは、繰り返し励磁及び非励磁と され、排気ソレノイドは非励磁とされる請求項20ないし23のいずれかに記載 のブレーキ装置。 24.添付図面を参照して説明したブレーキ装置。 25.添付図面を参照して説明した新しい特徴または新しい組み合わせ。
